Impeller corrosion should be taken when the treatment measures are as follows:




1) Re-analyze the composition of the gaseous medium and the materials used.




2)CO2 gas and chlorine gas in addition to the dry state, almost no corrosion resistant materials, so should check mixed with water and other bad operation, and take treatment measures.




3) Check the falling off of the anticorrosion coating material.




The types of coating materials include thin stainless steel plate, liquid metal spraying, metal coating materials composed of metal spraying, and non-metal coating materials composed of paint, rubber, vinyl resin, etc.




When the rotor is unbalanced and causes excessive vibration due to corrosion, ordinary steel is often used for emergency repair. However, because the impeller of the fan is a rotating body, it needs to be replaced as soon as possible with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant metal material as the cladding material.




Wear treatment




When the impeller of the fan used for conveying powder is seriously worn, it should be regarded as a wearing part.




Such as: steel plant combustion furnace with exhaust fans, cement plants with a variety of exhaust fans and transport a variety of powder with fans.




In addition, boiler exhaust fan also gradually belongs to the need to take anti-wear measures.




In order to reduce wear, it is necessary to take measures such as reducing the amount of dust or optimizing the impeller form, but the method of reducing the circumferential velocity of the impeller is the most effective one.




As a method to prolong the service life of worn parts, the following wear measures can be taken:




1) Make a leaf with a fish scaly part.




2) hard chrome plating or hard metal coating.




3) surfacing with hard electrode.




4) Install the lining board (it can be replaced after wear).




The above measures are the methods to prolong the service life of the impeller.




When it is repaired regularly, it is best to check its wear and tear frequently so as to prepare for repair in advance.

Adhesion of dust treatment measures




Because the dust in the gas will be attached to the blade, it is bound to hinder the air flow, which will reduce the air volume, reduce the efficiency or cause excessive vibration due to the attachment and the uneven shedding of the attachment.




Its treatment measures include:




1) Choose the blade form that is difficult to adhere to dust, such as: use backward blade.




2) take measures to remove attachments.




There are several ways to remove attachments:




1) Regularly and intermittently clean with water.




2) the use of mechanical cleaning device, can partially remove the attachment.




3) by blowing hot air, cold air, in order to form a temperature difference.




4) The method of spraying powder granular body.

High temperature gas treatment measures




When the medium is high temperature gas, it can be solved by choosing heat-resistant materials.




Because the high temperature gas is generally combustion exhaust, corrosion wear and other accidents are in the majority. There are also a few accidents due to equipment operation, so that the temperature of the gas medium once rose sharply, so that the impeller caused by creep phenomenon is difficult to long-term use of the degree of deformation, and because of the temperature drop condensation, and increase the corrosion of the situation.




Considering that carbon steel near 400℃ will appear obvious creep phenomenon, in order to extend the service life of the fan, should be fully in the operation range and operation management.
